This watercolor's soft nostalgic tones echo back to the children's books of my youth; while the faces and clean lines of the two young subjects make it very modern in its entirety. A beautifully rendered card cover with a surprisingly original concept for a snow fort. The natural cold color scheme is immeadiately balanced with the warmth that emanates from the center of the piece. All in all, this magnificently crafted masterpiece is perfect for those who remember a white Christmas, frosty nights, snowmen, and most of all the pure spirit of the season, as seen by two sweet kids.
